Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the boots in their original Hunter box and secure them in a protective shipping mailer or carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid Nordic shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your parcel at any authorized courier drop-off point; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
