Hunter boots typically run true to size, but we recommend consulting our detailed Size Guide located on each product page. If you plan to wear thick Hunter Boot Socks, you may want to consider sizing up for the most comfortable fit.
What is your return policy for international orders?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Are Hunter boots suitable for extreme winter conditions?
While our original rubber boots are waterproof, we recommend our 'Insulated' or 'Snow Boot' collections for extreme Nordic winters. These styles are specifically designed to keep your feet warm in temperatures as low as -22°C.
How should I care for my rubber boots to prevent 'blooming'?
Occasionally, you may notice a white powdery film on your boots; this is a natural process called 'blooming.' To restore the shine, simply wipe the boots with a damp cloth or use Hunter Boot Buffer available in our accessories section.
